A name and the years someone served turn a good shirt into the gift they actually keep. Personalized designs let you add details such as a first name, a last name, years of service or a short line of your own before the item is printed.
\nWhen a design accepts personalization, the product page shows each field and its character limit. We print the text exactly as you type it, so check spelling, capital letters and dates twice. We do not print rank insignia, unit crests or official seals; you are welcome to describe a role or a place in words if the field allows it.
\nPersonalized items are made for one person and cannot be resold, so a change of mind is handled differently from standard items. Printing mistakes, transit damage and wrong items are always our responsibility; see the Refund Policy. If you notice a typo after ordering, write to support@proudvettee.com straight away. The Cancel or Change an Order page explains how long an order can still be edited before it goes to print.
\nShipping is free to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand with no minimum order.
