That means the date matters as much as the shirt. This Shipping &amp; Delivery Policy explains, in plain numbers, how Proud Vet Tee prints and ships your order, what delivery costs (nothing, in the four countries we serve), how long each step takes, and what we do when a parcel is late, lost or damaged. It applies to every order placed on proudvettee.com. If you still have a question after reading it, write to <a href=\"mailto:support@proudvettee.com\">support@proudvettee.com</a> and a person will answer within 1 business day.</p>\n<section class=\"policy-summary\">\n<h2>Delivery in short</h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Printing time:</strong> 2&ndash;5 business days after your payment is confirmed. Every item is made to order in the USA.</li>\n<li><strong>Countries we deliver to:</strong> the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.</li>\n<li><strong>Cost:</strong> free standard shipping to all four countries, with no minimum order and no coupon needed.</li>\n<li><strong>Transit:</strong> about 3&ndash;7 business days inside the US and 6&ndash;12 business days to Canada, Australia and New Zealand.</li>\n<li><strong>Tracking:</strong> a tracking link is emailed to you when your parcel leaves the print shop.</li>\n<li><strong>If something goes wrong in transit:</strong> we replace or refund lost and damaged parcels.</li>\n</ul>\n</section>\n<h2>1. Why our items need printing time</h2>\n<p>Proud Vet Tee does not keep shelves of finished shirts. Each tee, polo, hoodie, jacket, cap or mug is printed or decorated for you after you check out, from the design, style, colour and size you choose, and with any name or years of service you typed into a personalization field. Making items to order lets us offer many sizes and colours without throwing away unsold stock, and it is the reason there is a short production step before anything ships.</p>\n<p>Printing and quality checks normally take <strong>2&ndash;5 business days</strong> from the moment your payment is confirmed. Business days run Monday to Friday and do not include US federal holidays. An order placed on a Saturday afternoon therefore starts its production clock on Monday. Personalized items go through an extra check of the text before printing, which is already included in this estimate.</p>\n<p>Two periods are busier than the rest of the year for a veteran apparel shop: the weeks before Veterans Day on November 11, and the run-up to the December holidays. Memorial Day and Father&#8217;s Day weeks can also be busy. During those weeks production can take up to 2 extra business days. When that happens we show a notice on the site, and if your specific order is affected we email you so you can plan around it.</p>\n<h2>2. Shipping costs and delivery estimates</h2>\n<p>The shipping option for your address appears at checkout before you pay, together with its cost. In every country we serve, that cost is $0. Your total delivery estimate is the printing time plus the carrier&#8217;s transit time.</p>\n<table class=\"policy-table\">\n<caption>Proud Vet Tee shipping options by destination (USD)</caption>\n<thead>\n<tr>\n<th scope=\"col\">Destination</th>\n<th scope=\"col\">Method</th>\n<th scope=\"col\">Cost</th>\n<th scope=\"col\">Printing</th>\n<th scope=\"col\">Transit (estimate)</th>\n<th scope=\"col\">Total estimate</th>\n</tr>\n</thead>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>United States</td>\n<td>Free shipping</td>\n<td>$0.00</td>\n<td>2&ndash;5 business days</td>\n<td>3&ndash;7 business days</td>\n<td>5&ndash;12 business days</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Canada</td>\n<td>Free shipping</td>\n<td>$0.00</td>\n<td>2&ndash;5 business days</td>\n<td>6&ndash;12 business days</td>\n<td>8&ndash;17 business days</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Australia</td>\n<td>Free shipping</td>\n<td>$0.00</td>\n<td>2&ndash;5 business days</td>\n<td>6&ndash;12 business days</td>\n<td>8&ndash;17 business days</td>\n</tr>\n<tr>\n<td>New Zealand</td>\n<td>Free shipping</td>\n<td>$0.00</td>\n<td>2&ndash;5 business days</td>\n<td>6&ndash;12 business days</td>\n<td>8&ndash;17 business days</td>\n</tr>\n</tbody>\n</table>\n<p>Free shipping applies to every order to these countries. There is no minimum spend, no code to enter and no catch: a single cap ships free, and so does an order of twelve reunion shirts. Transit times are the carriers&#8217; estimates rather than promises, because weather, customs checks and carrier volume can change them. If a parcel runs well past its estimate, section 7 explains exactly what we do.</p>\n<h2>3. Planning around an important date</h2>\n<p>Because so many of our orders are timed to a day that matters, here is how to use the table above when there is a deadline.</p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Veterans Day (November 11):</strong> for a US address, we suggest ordering by the third week of October; for Canada, Australia or New Zealand, by early October. Remembrance Day in Canada and the Commonwealth falls on the same date, and Anzac Day in Australia and New Zealand is on April 25, so the same lead times apply for those occasions.</li>\n<li><strong>Retirement ceremonies, reunions and homecomings:</strong> count back at least 12 business days for a US address and 17 business days for the other three countries, then add a few days of margin. Families ordering matching shirts should place them in one order so everything prints and ships together.</li>\n<li><strong>Birthdays and Father&#8217;s Day:</strong> the same total estimates apply. If the date is close, write to us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether the estimate is realistic.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>We cannot offer guaranteed delivery dates or paid express upgrades at the moment. If an express option is added later, it will appear at checkout with its exact price before you pay.</p>\n<h2>4. Where we ship from and where we deliver</h2>\n<p>Orders are printed and shipped from the United States. We deliver to residential and business addresses in the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. If you enter an address in any other country, checkout will not offer a shipping method and the order cannot be completed. If you would like us to consider your country, write to us; we keep a list of requests.</p>\n<p>Many of our customers are serving members&#8217; families or veterans living overseas. If you need delivery to an APO, FPO or DPO military address, or to a P.O. box, please email us before ordering with the full address format. We will confirm whether the carrier used for your order can deliver there; we do not promise military or P.O. box delivery until we have checked.</p>\n<h2>5. Tracking your parcel</h2>\n<p>When your order leaves the print shop, you receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier&#8217;s tracking page. It can take 24&ndash;48 hours after that email for the first scan to appear, so a tracking page that says &quot;label created&quot; on day one is normal. You can also look up your order at any time on our <a href=\"/order-tracking/\">Order Tracking</a> page using your order number and the email address you used at checkout.</p>\n<p>If you have not received a shipping email within 5 business days of ordering (or 7 during the busy weeks described in section 1), look in your spam or promotions folder, then write to us with your order number. If you bought the item as a gift and had it shipped directly to the recipient, the tracking emails still come to you, the buyer, so you can keep the surprise.</p>\n<h2>6. Checking and changing the delivery address</h2>\n<p>Please check the name, street, apartment or unit number, city, state or province and ZIP or postal code before you pay. Addresses for older relatives or for someone who recently moved are the most common source of delivery problems we see. If you notice a mistake after ordering, email us straight away: we can correct the address free of charge until the parcel is handed to the carrier, and our <a href=\"/cancel-change-order/\">Cancel or Change an Order</a> page explains the time window for other changes.</p>\n<p>Once a parcel is moving, we can ask the carrier to redirect it, but the carrier decides whether that is possible. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we reship it as soon as you confirm the right address. If the error was ours, we cover the reshipment; if the address entered at checkout was wrong, we will tell you about any reshipping cost before sending it again.</p>\n<h2>7. Late, lost or stolen parcels</h2>\n<p>Sometimes a parcel stalls. If tracking has not updated for <strong>7 business days</strong>, or your parcel has not arrived 7 business days after the end of its estimated delivery range, write to <a href=\"mailto:support@proudvettee.com\">support@proudvettee.com</a> with your order number. We open an investigation with the carrier for you; you do not have to deal with them yourself.</p>\n<p>If the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, or the investigation is not resolved within 5 business days, we either print and send a free replacement or give you a full refund including any shipping you paid, whichever you prefer. Approved refunds reach your original payment method within 7 calendar days, as set out in our <a href=\"/refund-policy/\">Refund Policy</a>. When a gift deadline is involved, tell us the date and we will prioritize the replacement print.</p>\n<p>If tracking says &quot;delivered&quot; but nothing is at the door, please check with neighbours, building reception or a mailroom, look around porches and side doors, and ask your local post office, because parcels are often left in a safe place or with a neighbour. If it still has not turned up, contact us within 60 days of the delivery date and we will work through it with you and the carrier.</p>\n<h2>8. Parcels that arrive damaged or with the wrong item</h2>\n<p>Soft apparel rarely suffers in transit, but mugs and boxed items can. If any item arrives damaged, misprinted or different from what you ordered, keep the packaging and take clear photos of the item, the problem and the shipping label. Send them to <a href=\"mailto:support@proudvettee.com\">support@proudvettee.com</a> within 60 days of delivery. We send a free replacement or a full refund, and in most cases you do not need to send the damaged item back. Our <a href=\"/returns-exchanges-policy/\">Returns &amp; Exchanges Policy</a> covers the full process.</p>\n<h2>9. Several items in one order</h2>\n<p>Items in one order usually ship together in one parcel. Occasionally different product types are printed at different stations, for example a cap that is embroidered and a tee that is printed, and they may travel in separate parcels so the first item is not held back. You never pay extra for a split shipment, and each parcel gets its own tracking number.</p>\n<h2>10. Customs, duties and taxes</h2>\n<p>All prices on proudvettee.com are in US dollars. For orders delivered inside the United States, no import duties apply; any sales tax that applies to your order is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.</p>\n<p>Orders delivered to Canada, Australia or New Zealand leave the United States and cross a border. The destination country may charge import duties, goods and services tax or customs handling fees. Those charges are not included in our prices or in the free shipping, and they are set and collected by the destination country&#8217;s authorities or the carrier on their behalf, usually when the parcel arrives. Most individual apparel gifts fall below the thresholds that trigger duty, but thresholds change and we cannot promise that no charge will apply. If you refuse to pay a charge and the parcel is returned to us, we refund the item price once the parcel arrives back with us.</p>\n<h2>11. Weather, holidays and events beyond our control</h2>\n<p>Storms, carrier strikes, public holidays and other events outside our control can delay printing or delivery. When we know about a delay that affects your order, we email you with the new estimate. A delay of this kind never takes away your right to a replacement or refund for a parcel that is actually lost, as described in section 7.</p>\n<h2>12. Questions about delivery</h2>\n<p>We are happy to help with anything about shipping, including whether an order can reach someone in time for a ceremony. Email <a href=\"mailto:support@proudvettee.com\">support@proudvettee.com</a>, visit our <a href=\"/help-center/\">Help Center</a> or <a href=\"/submit-ticket/\">submit a ticket</a>, and include your order number if you have one. We reply within 1 business day.
