Contact Us

Last updated:

Whether you are checking a size before a Veterans Day gift, spotting a typo in a name after checkout, or wondering where a parcel to Brisbane has got to, you can reach a real person at Proud Vet Tee by email. This page tells you how to contact us, how quickly we reply, what to include so we can help on the first answer, and which page already answers the most common questions.

How to reach us

  • Email: support@proudvettee.com
  • Reply time: within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays)
  • Support ticket: Submit a Ticket builds a structured email for you
  • Business address (correspondence only): Proudvettee, 5165 Spring Street, Flowery Branch, GA 30542, United States

1. Email is the fastest way

We handle all customer support by email. Email gives you a written record of what was agreed, lets you attach photos of a misprint or a size label, and lets us look up your order properly before we answer. Every message is read by a person, and we reply within 1 business day. Messages that arrive on a weekend or a US federal holiday are answered on the next business day, and urgent messages about an order you have just placed are read first.

We do not currently offer phone or live chat support. If that changes, the details will appear on this page. We also do not provide support through social media messages, so please use email for anything involving an order.

2. What to include in your message

A complete first message usually means a complete first answer. Please include:

  • your order number, found in your order confirmation email (if you do not have one, the name and email address used at checkout);
  • a short description of the question or problem, and what you would like us to do;
  • for a misprint, damage or defect: photos of the item, a close-up of the problem and the shipping label;
  • for a wrong size or item: a photo of the size label or the item received;
  • for a personalization correction: the exact text as it should be printed, including capitals and punctuation;
  • for a deadline: the date you need the item by and the delivery country.

Please never send card numbers, security codes, passwords or one-time codes by email. We will never ask for them.

4. Situations we can help with

4.1 Before you order

Not sure whether a design suits your father’s taste, whether a hoodie runs large, or whether an order to New Zealand will arrive before Anzac Day? Ask. We would rather answer a question beforehand than handle an exchange afterwards. Tell us the wearer’s usual size and a measurement of a garment that fits them well, and we will suggest a size honestly, including when we think the choice is close.

4.2 Right after you order

You have 12 hours to change or cancel an order free of charge, as long as printing has not started. Put "Change" or "Cancel" and your order number in the subject line, and describe the change in full. We confirm in writing.

4.3 While the order is on its way

If tracking has not moved for 7 business days, or the parcel is 7 business days past its estimated delivery range, write to us. We open an investigation with the carrier and keep you updated. If the parcel is lost, you choose a reprint or a full refund.

4.4 After delivery

For misprints, damage, wrong items or anything that is not right, you have 60 days from delivery to tell us. Send photos, and we will reprint or refund; in most cases you keep the faulty item. For a change of mind or a size swap, any item can be returned or exchanged within 60 days.

4.5 Group and family orders

Ordering matching shirts for a reunion, a homecoming or a family photo? Write to us before ordering if you have questions about mixing adult, women’s and youth sizes, or about getting everything in one parcel. We do not currently offer bulk discounts or custom artwork, but we will help you plan the order so it arrives together.

4.6 Privacy requests

To see, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, email us from the address used for your order. Our Privacy Policy explains your rights and how we verify requests.

4.7 Copyright and trademark concerns

Rights holders should follow the steps on our DMCA page or our Intellectual Property Policy, so that the notice contains everything we need.

4a. Example messages that get a fast answer

A size question before ordering

"Hi, I want the green hoodie for my dad. He usually wears XL, and his favourite sweatshirt measures 25 inches across the chest and 28 inches long. Which size would you suggest? It ships to Ohio." With that, we can compare his garment with the chart and give a clear recommendation in one reply.

A personalization correction

"Change – order 2041. The years on the tee should read 1984–2006, not 1984–2004. Everything else is right." Short, exact and with the order number in the subject line: this is the kind of message we can act on immediately.

A delivery worry

"Order 2210 to Calgary. Tracking has not changed since October 20. The shirt is for Remembrance Day. Can you check?" We look at the tracking history, contact the carrier if needed and tell you what we find, including whether a reprint is the safer option for the date.

A misprint

"Order 1987 arrived today. The print on the back is crooked. Photos attached of the shirt, the print and the label." We approve the claim and confirm a free reprint or refund, your choice.

4b. Accessibility

If any part of the site is hard to use with a screen reader, keyboard navigation or zoom, or if you would prefer to order with help over email because of a disability, tell us. We will help you complete your order by email, with the same prices and policies, and we will use your feedback to fix the problem on the site.

4c. Requests we cannot take

  • Custom artwork or new designs made to order for one customer. We may add customer ideas to the range over time, but we do not take paid design commissions.
  • Printing official insignia, seals, unit crests or rank insignia, or wording that suggests an official endorsement.
  • Wholesale or resale accounts. Our products are sold for personal use and gifts.
  • Payment by phone, email or bank transfer.

4d. Messages on behalf of someone else

Many orders are placed by one family member for another, and sometimes the person who needs help is not the person who paid. We are glad to help a recipient with sizing advice, care questions or delivery information. For changes to the order itself, refunds or anything involving payment, we confirm with the buyer first. This protects both of you, and it keeps a surprise gift a surprise. If you are helping an older relative with their own order, they can simply reply to our email to confirm that we may speak with you.

4e. Feedback and suggestions

We also welcome messages that are not about a problem at all. Tell us which designs your family liked, what was confusing on a product page, which occasion you could not find a shirt for, or what a veteran in your life said when he opened the parcel. We read every one. Suggestions about wording are especially useful, because the right words matter a great deal on a shirt that honours someone’s service. We do not publish your message or your name anywhere without asking you first, and you will never receive marketing emails simply because you wrote to us.

If you prefer to send feedback anonymously, you can leave out your name and order number; we simply will not be able to reply about a specific order.

5. What happens after you write

  1. Your email arrives in our support inbox, where it is matched to your order using the order number or your checkout email address.
  2. A person reads it and checks the order details, tracking, and any photos you attached.
  3. We reply within 1 business day with an answer, a decision or, if we need something else from you, a clear question.
  4. Anything we agree, such as a reprint, a refund or a change, is confirmed in writing and carried out in the timeframes on our policy pages.

If you have not heard back within 1 business day, please check your spam or promotions folder, then resend your message, adding "Second request" to the subject line.

6. Our business details

Proud Vet Tee is operated under the trade name Proudvettee. Correspondence address: 5165 Spring Street, Flowery Branch, GA 30542, United States. Please do not send returns to this address without a return authorization from us; return instructions are always sent by email. Proud Vet Tee is an independent shop and is not affiliated with any government agency or military branch.

7. Be careful with look-alikes

Our only website is proudvettee.com and our only support address is support@proudvettee.com. If you receive a message that claims to come from us but uses a different address, asks for payment outside our checkout, or asks for your card details or passwords, do not reply. Forward it to us so we can look into it.

8. A note for veterans

Some of the messages we receive are not about orders at all. People tell us about the person they are buying for, a unit reunion, or a parent who has passed. We read those messages with care. If you are a veteran in crisis or worried about someone, please contact the Veterans Crisis Line (in the US, dial 988 and press 1) or your local emergency number; we are an apparel shop and cannot provide that kind of help, but we want you to know where it is.

9. Thank you

Every question helps us make the site clearer for the next person. If you notice something confusing on any page, tell us at support@proudvettee.com, and we will fix it. You can also learn more about us.
