This page lists every public page on proudvettee.com in one place, followed by a short guide to what each part of the site is for. If you know what you are looking for, the list below is the quickest way to get there. If you are not sure where to start, the guide underneath explains the shop, the collections and the customer care pages in plain language.
Pages
How the site is organised
Proud Vet Tee has three kinds of pages. The shop pages show what we sell, organised into collections by item type and by occasion. The customer care pages explain how ordering, delivery, changes, returns and refunds work. The company pages explain who we are, how we handle your information and the rules that apply to purchases. Every page is reachable from the menu at the top or the links at the bottom of every page, and all of them are listed above.
The shop and its collections
The shop page shows every product currently available. The collections narrow it down:
- Veteran T-Shirts gathers our everyday crew-neck tees with original designs about service, homecoming and pride.
- Polo Shirts is for occasions that call for a collar, such as reunions, ceremonies and dinners.
- Hoodies & Sweatshirts holds the warm layers for November parades and winter mornings.
- Jackets is where printed outerwear lives.
- Hats & Caps covers adjustable caps and hats.
- Personalized brings together designs that accept a name, years of service or a short line of text.
- Proud Family is for spouses, children and grandchildren of veterans, including women’s cuts and youth sizes where available.
- Mugs & Gifts covers printed mugs and other small gifts.
New designs are being added gradually. Collections that do not have products yet still show a short description of what they will hold; they are left out of search engine sitemaps until they have products, so that nobody lands on an empty page from a search result.
Customer care pages
Help with an order
The Help Center is the starting point: it summarises every support topic and links to the detailed page for each. The FAQs answer the most common questions in a sentence or two. Order Tracking lets you check the status of an order with your order number and email, and explains what each status means.
Delivery
Shipping & Delivery explains printing time, free shipping to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, delivery estimates by country, tracking, customs and what happens if a parcel is late, lost or damaged. It also has advice on ordering in time for Veterans Day and other dates.
Changes, returns and refunds
Cancel or Change an Order explains the 12-hour window for free changes and cancellations before printing. The Returns & Exchanges Policy covers the practical side of sending an item back or swapping a size within 60 days of delivery. The Refund Policy covers the money: what is refunded in each situation and the 7-calendar-day refund timing.
Sizes and payments
The Size Guide explains how to measure a garment, how our sizes fit and how to choose between two sizes, with notes for unisex, women’s and youth cuts. Payment Methods explains when you are charged, what currency we use, how your payment is protected and what to do if a payment is declined.
Talking to us
Contact Us lists every way to reach us and what to include in a message. Submit a Ticket offers ready-made email subjects for each type of request, so your message reaches the right person and is answered first time.
Company pages
About Us explains who we are, what we make, how our designs are created, what we will not print and the promises we make to every customer. The Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, including how personalization text is handled, and your rights. The Terms of Service are the formal terms for using the site and buying from us, including our independence from any government agency or military branch.
Two pages cover intellectual property. The Intellectual Property Policy explains what belongs to us, why we do not use official military insignia, and how to raise a trademark or insignia concern. The DMCA page explains how to send a copyright notice and how we respond.

Three common journeys through the site
Buying a gift for a veteran
- Start at a collection that matches the item you want, or at Personalized if you want a name or years on it.
- Check the wearer’s size in the Size Guide.
- Check the delivery estimate for the recipient’s country on Shipping & Delivery.
- Order, and keep your confirmation email for the order number.
Fixing something after ordering
- Within 12 hours, use Cancel or Change an Order.
- After printing, wait for delivery, then use the Returns & Exchanges Policy.
- For money back, the Refund Policy explains timing.
Ordering matching shirts for a family
- Pick a design in Proud Family or any collection.
- Collect everyone’s size, checking unisex, women’s and youth charts separately.
- Add each size as its own line in one order so everything prints together.
- If one piece does not fit, exchange just that piece within 60 days.
Key numbers you will see across the site
The same few numbers appear on many pages. They are always the same, wherever you read them, and if you ever find a page that disagrees, please tell us so we can correct it:
- 2–5 business days to print your order before it ships.
- 3–7 business days estimated transit inside the United States; 6–12 business days to Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
- $0 shipping to all four countries, with no minimum order.
- 12 hours to change or cancel an order free of charge, before printing starts.
- 60 days from delivery to return or exchange any item, or to report a problem.
- 14 days to post a return back once it has been authorized.
- 7 calendar days from approval for a refund to reach your original payment method.
- 1 business day for a reply from our support team.
- 7 business days without a tracking update before we open a carrier investigation for you.
A note on our independence
You will see words like "veteran", "service" and the names of occasions such as Veterans Day throughout the site. Proud Vet Tee is an independent apparel shop. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency, armed service or veterans’ organization, and our designs never use official insignia, seals or emblems. The Intellectual Property Policy explains why.
Seasonal reminders
A handful of dates shape what most visitors are looking for. In early autumn, people plan Veterans Day gifts, so the delivery estimates on the shipping page matter most; in late spring, Memorial Day and Father’s Day orders arrive; around the December holidays, everyone orders at once and printing can take up to 2 extra business days. Customers in Canada, Australia and New Zealand plan around Remembrance Day on November 11 and Anzac Day on April 25. Whatever the occasion, the delivery table on Shipping & Delivery is the page to check first, and our support team will tell you honestly whether a date looks realistic.
When pages change
Each policy and help page shows a "Last updated" date at the top. When we change a policy, we update that date, and the version in force when you placed your order is the one that applies to it. If a change is significant, for example to the return window or the delivery countries, we also announce it on the site before it takes effect.
Pages you will not find in this list
A few pages are deliberately left out of this list and out of search engine sitemaps, because they only make sense during a visit: the cart, the checkout, the customer account area and on-site search results. You can reach the cart from the cart icon at the top of every page, and your account from the account icon. Product pages appear in the shop and in their collections as designs are published.
Finding your way on a phone
On a small screen, tap the menu icon at the top left to open the full menu, including the Help section with links to the FAQs, delivery, returns, order tracking, the size guide and contact pages. The search icon at the top right searches the whole shop. The links at the bottom of every page are the same as the list above, grouped into Shop, Company and Customer Care.
Accessibility
We aim to make every page usable with a keyboard, a screen reader and browser zoom. Page headings follow a logical order, links describe where they go, and tables have captions and header cells. If something on the site is hard to use, please tell us at support@proudvettee.com; we will help you complete your order by email in the meantime and fix the problem.
Search engines and this sitemap
This page is for people. Search engines use a separate, machine-readable sitemap that lists the same public pages and the collections that have products. Both are updated automatically when pages or products are published, so this list always reflects what is live on the site today.
Still cannot find it?
Write to support@proudvettee.com and tell us what you are looking for. We reply within 1 business day, and if a page is missing or confusing, your message helps us improve the site for the next visitor.
